Real-time interaction in the browser

Problem it solves

Interfaces driven by a hand in front of the camera: MediaPipe tracking, gestures named by explainable rules, and drawing on Canvas 2D or in a Three.js scene, all on the device.

What I build

  • Frame pipeline: capture, inference, state, and render
  • Gesture recognition through readable, testable rules
  • States for a denied camera and a GPU-to-CPU fallback
  • Logic and end-to-end tests in the browser

Understand the question

Before opening the tool: which decision the screen or the indicator supports, and who uses it.

Check the source

I establish origin, granularity, and limits of the data, and record what it cannot answer.

Build and validate

Component, model, or measure in short cycles, checking the result in the browser and against the source at each step.

Document and hand over

Assumptions, decisions, and the refresh routine written down, so the team does not depend on me.
